Link not working for public

    We've gotten some responses that our link asks our users to register with jotform before they can submit their info. Can you please explain how this happened?

    I checked the form but I was not able to replicate the problem. What I'm suspecting is that the numeric ID is being stripped off and as a result, they end up going to the sign-in page of JotForm. Can you provide us more information on how you are sharing your link?
