How can I change my user's name?

I need to change my user's name.

We can change your account username from our end. Please provide us with any 3 choices of username in the preferred order so that we can change it based on its availability. Please be noted that if you are using any custom URLs with your forms, you'll be required to change the username in the URL with the new one and share/embed the form again.
