Webhooks integration stopped working

    Hello,

    For the past year, I have used Webhooks to transmit info from Jotform to my CRM, VanillaSoft.

    In the past few days, there has been a breakdown in the communication between the two.

    Examining the data, the VanillaSoft tech are saying Webhooks is sending JSON info instead of HTTP / XML.

    I've attached a screenshot of the import form VanillaSoft emails me when a submission is made.

    I'm not a tech guy and this is driving me bonkers.

    HELP!

    I believe that the webhooks integration sends the output as JSON only and it is required to decode the output in your program as per your requirements.
