Hi,
My auto-responder emails are not working. I am getting the email notifications for when a form is submitted but the auto-responder email is not working.
Can you figure out what is causing this? All Jotforms IPs are whitelisted - hence why able to receive email notifications

I have checked your form and I can see it sends using an SMTP sender, please make sure your SMTP settings are correct, if you are still experiencing the problem, please try removing the SMTP settings and adding them once again.

You could also try setting up the sender to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com, please do let us know how it goes.
