I could not access the forms shared to me

Dannasnow gave me access to some of her forms. I created an account but I do not see that I have access to the forms. 

Please advise

I checked the dannasnow account but it shared a form to a certain email address la**hmim****ows@icloud.com. So you will only be able to access to the form shared with you if you have that email address on your account. You can also try creating a new account with that email address if you like.

You can also try asking dannasnow to provide you access for the username lmeadows.
