If yearly subscription is cancelled, will a prorated amount be refunded?

Hi, we were charged last month for annual service. Is it possible to switch to a month to month service, and if we cancel service before the end of the annual term, will a prorated amount be refunded to my credit card on file?

Hello Erin,

Yes we can process the refund for your unused period. I did check your account and found that your silver yearly subscription was auto-renewed on March 16, 2017. Please note that prorated amount are calculated based on monthly regular price. If you cancel your yearly subscription on or before May 5, 2017, amount of ($319-(39*2))=$241 can be refunded.
