Why is my account suspended?

    Hi,

    Please help. My account is disable. Why my account has been disable? Can explain to me. This is urgent.

    Hello jpksarawak,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    I did check your form and found that you have added "Password" field in your form which makes it suspected of being used for phishing. It seems you are using conditions to show/hide form fields based on password field. 

    I have activated your account for now. Please ensure that you edit your form and change the label of password field to some other text like "Code / Key etc".

    Can i know which part is wrong?.. I don't know which one is phishing login as you said. Please advise.

    The issue is caused because of the "Password' field you have in your form. Please check the screenshot below:

    I just put COL PASSWORD on the collapse. Now i have change to other word. Thanks again..

    Please note that your form is still suspicious. 

    The word "KATALALUAN" translates to "PASSWORD" in English. We do NOT allow forms collection sensitive information like passwords, credit card information, bank details, login credentials and the likes. 

    We do not allow words or labels that will ask for sensitive information,

    I have also quoted a part of the terms that you have violated:

    "Scams. You agree that you will not use JotForm or any form(s) you create using JotForm for scamming purposes to attract, lure, or illegally obtain payment of any sort from others by unjustifiable means such as posting a jotform as a money-making program on a classified ads site as an example of that. Any account reported or found doing so will be immediately suspended.   

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information."

     

    If you agree on our terms, we will need to rename or delete that field that has a violation on your form. Please review our terms and let us know if you agree on it.

    ok..​that mean i malay word also cannot right?.. i understand now.. I will change to code is alright?

    I would suggest something similar to the word "key" as it may have a better chance of avoiding the suspicion. In any case you may try "code" too and we will inform you if that's still causing a problem.

    thank a lot..  but i have a new problem now.. why suddenly my IP address access denied?.. i just wait your answer and want to change it to the suitable word. so sad... please help again.. :(

    Your account is still suspended, because the password field wasn't removed, I can still see the "Katalaluan" field on your form, even though you have been advised to change it a number of times by my colleagues, please see:
