I want my form to appear on my google drive folder

I created a form on Jotform website. My account is probably linked to google drive already. Now I want my form file (jotform) to appear on my google drive folder destination that I want (just like you create a jotform in google drive folder). How do I put it there? 

PS the forms that I want to put are "branch AR audit" and "branch PC audit"
