Is Pricing Plan dedicated to single device/user of can use for multiple device/user

Hi Support Team,

Colud you please clarify the number of user/device can use/login to application at the same time.

Let say I choose the "Bronze" subscription plan, with my total device/user that will login at the same time is 10, Do I need 10xBronze subscription or I need only 1 Subscription.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. When you say "device/user", do you mean to say that same username can be used to login from multiple devices?

Please note that if the username is shared and used to login from multiple location/device, there is no limitation but this can cause issue as multiple users will be sharing same login credentials. 

If you question is related to number of sub user account you can create, please note that in bronze subscription plan you can create 3 sub-user account. Please check the screenshot below for the sub-user limit in each subscription plan:
