Email address keeps landing on Jotform bounce list

    I have removed my email list from the jotform bounce list twice today.

    Why does it keep landing on there? How can we stop it going on jotforms bounce list? Why does jotform even have a bounce list?

    Dear Ben,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    Each Email Hosting Provider has a program that uses scripted filters to do various checks for spam, viruses, malware, spoofing, bulk mail, etc and the whole nine yards. So if for some reason our emails via your forms to your own email address get flagged by your Email Provider you end up getting marked as rejected and that in turn causes your email address to then be placed on our bounce list.     It's a known issue that tends to happen more often with Custom Email Addresses. And for that and many other reasons, our developers created an option in the Settings page to allow you to check your email address and remove it if ever needed instead of waiting for us to do it for you all the time since sometimes it can occur more than once unless you whitelist us.

    You can check if any email is in our bounce list or not and if the email address is in our bounce list, you can remove it as you can see at the following document link:
