JotForm footer on thank you page?

In my case the box is already unchecked, but I still have the ads on my thank you pages. Very annoying. Is it because I have a free account? When did it change? It'd have been nice to be warned that we'd have ads on our websites...

    Hi,

I believe for "Free" or "Starter" plans, there will be small footer ads that will show up in your "Thank You" page and on the autoresponder email alert.

The option "JotForm Footer" is another way to lift the form view limits, this gives the user unlimited form views, free and paid plans don't actually have unlimited form views, you can check the pricing page for it. To learn more about the account usage and limits, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-Limits

I apologize for the confusion and we are not able to inform you about this change. I believe this change is still being rolled out slowly. Our terms page do inform our users that services in JotForm may be modified.

"Modifications To JotForm Service. Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the JotForm Service with or without notice to you. Company shall not be liable to you or any third party should Company exercise its right to modify or discontinue the JotForm Service."

But rest assure that these changes are made for the betterment of the service.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for your answer. I redirected my forms to a custom thank you page, so the problem is solved.

Although if you keep implementing this system, I'd rather code the forms myself that having ads on my website. Especially since I've already added you on my "links" page.
