Problem with the display of terms and conditions

In our form "Form Ubeeqo for Business FR", the Terms and Conditions do not appear correctly: if I put the text only, all the text appears, but if I put all the needed links of terms and conditions, half of the text disappear and the links also.

Could you help me on this subject please?

I can see that you're using a Multiple choice field to provide this information, which does not  recognize HTML code, that's why you're seeing the you're having issues viewing the text. You can replace that by using our Terms and Conditions widget, it's designed for that purpose.
