Somehow a former users emails (email@example.com) is listed on our account still. Can you please tell me how to remove this email and add in mine (firstname.lastname@example.org). The first person does not work here anymore and she keeps getting all of our important updates.

You can change the email address in the Account Profile page. Here's how:
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile
3. Click the Pen tool to change the Email address of the account.
