    Issues with Captcha words displaying

    Dear sirs,

     

    On the final page of our form, we have a security check to make sure it is a human filling in the form.  The widget which selects a random word seem to be playing up, it does not always display the word (see attachment) - the circle just keeps going round.

     

    Three people have reported today that they were having issues with completing the online form.  It has happened once to me (hence the screen capture shot).

     

    I was wondering if you would be kind enough to look into this issue.

    Hello Abdul,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. Captcha field does display the captcha text correctly without any problem.

    Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look. Sometime if there is any code conflict between your form script and other script available in your webpage, it can cause this issue. If you have embedded your form in webpage, please re-embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem.     On the webpage you provided you have a link to your form. 

    I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. 

    After that I have cloned your form and the same issue occurred on my cloned form as well. 

    I was able to resolve this issue on my cloned form by removing Captcha field from the form and adding it back to the form.

    Please try the same on your form. Remove Captcha field and add new Captcha field to the form.

    As suggested, I have replaced the Captcha field on my form and hopefully we should not experience any further issues.
