Do you mean to cancel your account subscription? I see that your account is currently holding the Premium yearly subscription. If you need to cancel the subscription, you may downgrade your account to Free from the Billing section of your account. Also, please note that the Free subscriptions are now limited to store only 500 submissions. If you downgrade your account to Free, the oldest submissions will be deleted.
If you experience any issue with downgrading your account, please let us know so that we can cancel it from our end.
