Dear Jotform folks,
We have a user of one of our CIL forms (below) email@example.com that constantly is added to the Bounce list.
If there anything that you can tell that she is doing that would cause this user to go to the Bounce list so much more than any other user?

I would suggest you to check the following guide in order to prevent bouncing issues: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
You may also to the user added to our bounce list to ask the email provider to whitelist our IP addresses, this way emails will not be blocked due to security filters, you will find our mail server info here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
