    Do you want to create Right to Left (RTL) form? If so, then yes, we support Arabic.

    Inside of the form templates gallery I created one template form that you can use. 

    Inside of that form I used Custom CSS that will enable Arabic language from right to left.

    If I did not understood your question correctly, please explain in more details what are you trying to achieve.
