We are receiving blank form submissions and I have questions

    Our client, Florida Coast Equipment, through Commercial Web Services, uses Jotform on the landing pages.

    We have been receiving a few "blank" forms:

    My questions are:
    1. Can a potential lead can click submit and have it go through without any required information being filled out?
    2.  Is there a chance that someone is submitting a form and the content in this form is not included in the emails that Kevin is getting.
    3.  Is Florida Coast Equipment is being "docked" the amount of form fills they are allocated because of these blank forms?

    For #1 and #2

    The fields/questions on the form https://www.jotform.us/form/70746132433148 were not set as mandatory or *Required. This means the form can be submitted without answering any of the questions or with fields being blank.

    If you need to make the user mandatory provide answer/data on the form, set the field's Required property to ON.

    I assume you meant the account usage.

    That is correct. The submission count will still be counted in the usage limits of the account/username.
