Can we connect two forms with a pop-up window?

Hi... I'm not sure if this is possible, and if so, how to do it.

I have 2 forms I will be stringing / piping together.

       1. Form #1 is VERY basic with just 2 questions / selections. Based on the user's selection a quote is presented. If they like the quote, they will hit a LINK ---- NOT the SUBMIT or NEXT button... Just a Link.

       2. Form #2 ... Once user clicks LINK, I would like a 2nd Form to Pop-Up .... a Lightbox Pop-Up Modal Form wherein I ask for the user's name, email & address. (Note, I do not want the underlying form#1 to disappear).... BEFORE PROCEEDING, THE MAIN QUESTION IS, CAN THIS BE DONE?

If Yes, than here's my next question:

I will want the selections / values from form #1 to be piped into hidden fields within form #2 via the Link & Prepopulating - URL Parameters. CAN THIS BE DONE?

Side Question... am I going about this wrong? .... Is there a way to keep all my form questions on ONE form but still ask for name, email & address within a pop-up modal.  Example.... If this form were split between 2 pages, is there a way to have page 2 (name, email & address) render as a lightbox or modal with the form submit button?

By the way... I realize I could just have the form render or flip over to "page 2" when user clicks "next or proceed" but I don't want that... I'm wanting a POP-UP / LIGHTBOX, not a "page 2".... I don't want any redirecting, whether to another webpage or to the form's "page 2".

Thanks in advance for help & understanding.

Unfortunately, those options are not available at JotForm, unless you get a form source code and add the missing functionality by modifying it. For customizations we can suggest https://www.upwork.com and similar services where you can hire a developer.
