When using encrypted form submission data, data cannot be included in email notifications:

If the data was sent without encryption, there would be a log of the data in plain text.  This would go against the purpose of having encrypted data.

Your image of submission page is not shown. Please note that files that are attached inside of email will not be shown here on forum. You will have to open this thread an upload your screenshot

I can only assume that your data is encrypted on submission page as well.

Do you have issues with your form Contáctanos? I have checked submission page of that form and I saw that data is encrypted.

I have inspected your form and your form is currently not encrypted. To decrypt and view your previously submitted data you will have to encrypt your form. Only when form is encrypted you will be able to decypt the data inside of email Notification and on submission page by uploading your private key.

To encrypt your form you have to "Encrypt Form Data" option to Yes.

For more details about encrypted forms, please check this guide:

Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
