I read this item on this forum but I still have a doubt regarding to how to populate with an URL of my onw URL, this should be simple because it works wih the jofmor ULR. For instance, I need this mysite.com/forms/teste?cpc=123&email=foo and I put togheter this this test w/ google sites iframe widget w/ ULR:

    https://sites.google.com/a/ipmabrasil.org/cic-ipmabr/backoffice/forms/teste??cpf=123&email=foo

but it does not works. I need fo populate the {email} and the {cpf} fields.

    I tyred the .../forms/teste?cpf=123&email=foo also

tried with double questioin mark "??cpf=123&email=foo

This is not working. What am I doing wrong? or is it because of the way google sites deals with URLs?

What I suggest you do is to use the Field Prepopulator app first. Using the app will allow to you to get the correct field ID names of the form and as well us you can see the generated URL with populated fields.

I hope this help. Let us know if you are still not able to make it work.

Thanks for your try but did not work. I try to put ir in other words,

I think that what I said before was exacly that, nevertheless I used the widget Filed Populator as you suggested and I got exacly the same result, see:  https://form.jotformz.com/6...670656?cpf=123&email=foo.

Let me explain differently: I am using the form-A embeded in google sites, thus I am putting a URL to point to a form-B which I need this to receive 2 (two) variables/filed from fomr-A, they are {cpf} and {emal}.

But it is not working, just remember that I am using my own URL (https://sites.google.com/a/ipmabrasil.org/cic-ipmabr/backoffice/forms/teste??cpf=123&email=fooinstead joftform one (https://form.jotformz.com/6...670656?cpf=123&email=foo)

When I use jotform URL it works fine, but when I use my own URL id does NOT work.

So I am still traped in the same problem, can you help me?

Thank you for the additional information, we appreciate it. If I'm understanding your concern correctly you have added your form (as a gadget) to your Google Site following the instructions in this guide, Adding-a-form-to-Google-Sites, and you are trying to prepopulate the email field and CPF field in the form by appending the parameters in the embedded code. I would like to apologize because in general, this will not work if you are not using the form's iframe code. However, when you use the iframe code, you can only prepopulate the field(s) with a predefined value and not with a value coming from another form.

    Related Guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Since, as you can see in my screenshot, the iframe code is using the direct link of the form as its source (src), it is possible to prepopulate the fields of the form through that.

    Thank you.
