Why does my email address always end up on your bounce list?

    I have "removed" my email address from your bounce list several times and it still gets back on there?  Is there anyway to permanently approve my address?

    Please make sure that there isn't any notification in your spam folder, if you find any, mark it as NOT SPAM. Also, you may white-list our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider to avoid bouncing issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    You our bouncing my email. I am not bouncing your email. As a result I am not getting the submitted forms. Can you please add my email to your “white” list so I do not have this happen? Seems like this has happened at least once a month. Or do I need to do what was suggested below?

    newmanjr2@comcast.net was IN the bounce list which I had removed now.

    If your notifications are not coming through, your email address might be on our bounce list. You can remove it by yourself, by following the instructions provided at :

    This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.
