I could not attach PayPal to the form

I am trying to attach PayPal payment method for Registration form, transcript request form and membership form and I can't do it, the form doesn't let me. the account with paypal is Skokie Institute of Allied Health and Technology(SIAHT) under my gmail account.

I just tried adding a Paypal field in one of your forms but I was not able to replicate any problem and successfully added the field in it. Can you try refreshing your browser's cache and try dragging and dropping the field from the left panel to your form?
