Why are my forms showing "Form Not Found" when I try to view them?

I'm trying to view my forms, but all three are currently showing Form not Found when I click to view the form and when I copy and past the form address into a new browser window.  It says that the form was disabled, but none of the three forms are disabled.

I did go to each of the forms, change them to "disabled", logged out of my account.  Then I logged back into my account and changed the forms back to enabled.  However, I still get the same error message about Form Not Found.

Thanks for the information.  What is the best way to set-up forms to collect this information from clients?  I have to collect the information to send to suppliers, so the cards are not being charged at the time the information is collected.

Since we cannot ensure the data is used in a secure and legitimate manner, we do not allow for collecting credit card details directly through forms.  This is to protect users filling out forms and we do not make exceptions.

If you require payment authorization, that can be done through one of our many payment processors:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

But any credit card entry and processing must be done through one of our payment processors.  It cannot be collected and forwarded to other parties.
