We have hyperlinks in our notification emails of our forms, which are working fine all these while until last week, where the notification emails that we received have missing hyperlinks.
Just wondering if there is any recent policy implemented at Jotform where hyperlinks in notification emails are removed automatically?

There aren't any recent implemented hyperlinks policies. After I clicked on "Confirm Request" link in one of your submissions, I was redirected to a site which refers to app.thedustbox.com. So, I haven't encountered any issues with the links in your notifications. Would you please give us detailed information about your issue?
However, when I check your form whose unique form ID is 61439035516454, I have found that the recipient email address email@example.com is in our bounce list. Maybe you're talking about not receiving a notification? When the recipient addresses in our bounce list, our members cannot receive any notification from us. You can see its reason from the screenshot that I have shared with you below:
I have removed your email address from the bounce list. But you should take precautions to prevent it happening again. There are several reasons why your email address is bouncing but usually, the reason is email service provider.
An email address usually gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, the mail server was unavailable at the time that the email was being sent, or if the email server is rejecting the email due to suspected spam.
If your e-mail address is in bounce list, you should remove it from it in order to receive notifications. You can follow this user guide to remove your e-mail address from the bounce list.
