Mobile phone browers (including both iphone and andriod, safari and chrome) cannot open my jot forms while they are still accessible from laptop.

    Please fix the problem asap as we are lossing business in every second!!!

    I tried check the form https://form.jotform.me/71133340898458 using my android phone (Chrome Browser) and could not replicate the issue

    Here is the screenshot of what I see at my end:

    URGENT! the problem happens again for the whole day. Pls solve the problem

    I tested your form on iPhone 5/5s/6/6s and Galaxy s6/s7, and the form is opening fine on all of them. Could you please be more specific about the problem, do you see any error or you just don't see the form.

    You can share the screenshot as well, that would be helpful.

    I have both tired on my iPhone 6s and my samsung android and both of them
    show the same error msg as the attached pic. I have also tried to reset the
    hyper link but it also doesn't work.
    Please help us.

    Can you please take a screenshot image of the error on your browser. And then share it to us so that we can have a visual of what exactly was happening on your side.

    I also could not reproduce the issue on side. I was able to load the form on my browser just fine.
