Billing issue

    Hello I'm on the old $139 2 year plan, but I need to update my credit card.  There doesn't seem to be a way to do this on Jotform.  On the Pricing page there is a link to change credit card, but when I click on that, I just refreshes the pricing page.  What can I do?

    As I checked, your subscription could not be renewed and your account has been scheduled to downgrade on 2017-04-29. 

    So I can suggest you to upgrade your account from the following link.
