Hello JotForm Tech-Gurus!
It's been a while since Welvin last responded to this thread. Having offered help with customizing radio buttons, I look forward to seeing what can be done.
The form I'm working in is located at:
https://form.jotform.us/71144069093152
1st Question or Request.... I'd like to somehow get the calculated values for 1x, Weekly, BiWeekly & Monthly to show up within the corresponding radio button, with the price just below the frequency.
Example:
Can this be done? Please tell me it can.
Thank You.

I'm afraid to say that this is not possible to achieve this using the radio button. You can only customize how the Radio Button appears on your form using the CSS. But there is no way for displaying the calculated value to the radio button. You can only achieve this using the Text field or the Form Calculation Widget.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards.
