    Not able to send multiple emails after approval process

    Hi There,

    I am finding difficulties sending to 3 parties in which 2 of the emails are dynamic and 1 static email (Travel Advisor).

    At this moment the only email I am getting is for Approval Status to Travel Advisor. I am missing my Approval status to traveller and Approval status to HOD. This approval is done in edit page.

    I have also setup 2 conditions to trigger to 3 parties in which I think is not working.
    What am I missing over here?

    Thank you for reporting us.

    As I checked your mail log, all the e-mails seems to be sent as you can see here. 

    However, the only e-mail address received them is to eho@zaluvida.com.  As I checked your conditional e-mails, they are all set as autoresponder alert. When you set an autoresponder, it means that the submission is sent to the entered e-mail address. In addition, when I checked e-mail field, they are not required. It means that somebody can submit the form without filling e-mail field. So, the autoresponder cannot be sent in this case. When you set an autoresponder, these kinds of problems may happen due to unfilled field, wrong email etc. 

    Al in all, if the approval parties are the specific e-mail addresses, you may consider to change autoresponder to the notification.

    HI,

    I got it fixed with your explanation. 

    Another subsequent question. 

    In my screenshot above, I am not getting the 2 fields (givenName & FamilyName) to populate in the mail header.

    I have disabled and hide many fields in the edit page ( and these 2 are part of it) as the edit page is only for HOD to give his/her approval and don't allow HOD to alter any info.

    Jotform will only able to read from fields which are enabled & visible only?

    Also is it possible to make the fields read only in the edit page? I am not able to find that option in the conditioning section.
