I started with one form that I cloned and adapted. However 3 of my forms don't come with a title and one cones with the information that it is a Clone of Reconciliation Registration Form

so my question is as I have 4 different form, all cloned from the first form, how do I get the title of the form to be on it when it is emailed to me and how do I get rid of the above title?

    thanks

Please try changing the Page Title to update the form title in the browser tab. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder V4,  click the "Settings" menu. Go to "Form Settings" section and then click the "Show More Options" button.

    2. Scroll down and you'll see the "Page Title". Please change it to your preferences.

Also, you need to change the title of the email notification in the Emails wizard. Here's how:

Click the "Settings" menu and then go to the "Emails" section. Select the notification and then click the "Edit" icon.

In the Email tab, you can change or update the "Email Subject" and "Email Content".
