Can JotForm be viewed, accessed, and filled in from China?

    Hi,

    JotForm can be viewed in any web browser with an internet connection. However, if the ISP or country filters or blocks our domains or IP addresses then we might not be able to do something about that. If I am not mistaken, China is quite strict on censorship. We did have cases where our domains were blocked in China, but I believed our developers have already resolved that. May we know if you are receiving reports from users in China that they cannot submit or view JotForm forms? We'll wait for your response.

    Dear Charlie,
    Unfortunately, i have received a few complaints that some users from China
    could not send their response using my form in Jotform. So, i am sending
    you this question for confirmation. Please help to resolve my problem. The
    link to my form is as follows :

    Please also take note that my form should also cater to other countries as
    well because i am dealing with worldwide merchants.

    I checked the URL you provided and it looks like it is blocked. But please try to use this one instead:

    That one should work, I just checked and it is not blocked:

    Dear JotForm,
    What about the EMBED code? How do i generate a new embed code based on the
    new link? Can you please advice or provide me with the code?
    So in the future when i create new forms, what should i do to so that my
    forms are not blocked in China or any part of the world?
