I just integrated JotForm with my website and saw that I am unable to scroll down to see the other part of my form. I initially thought this was only a problem on Facebook just this affects viewing the form on my phone everywhere including viewing it on my own website(on mobile). This is a major issue please assist with a solution.
Viewing on desktop is normal its just mobile that is not working. I also updated my form to use the "mobile optimized" version with still no luck.
Thank you so much!

I would like to recommend you to embed this iFrame code to your site instead of the current one. Please delete your current embedded code and replace it with this one:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-71151691784158" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/71151691784158" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:100%; border:none;" scrolling="yes"> </iframe>
If your problem persists, please let us know.
Thank you for contacting us.

Hi Amy the problem is still persisting. Can you tell me how to add a scrolling bar to the CSS code above. That could possibly work?

I tested your form on my phone and I was able to scroll and see it completely:
On which mobile device did you test your form?
- JotForm SupportNik_CAnswered on April 26, 2017 at 04:48 AM
We responded in the same moment. Ok, so it is iPhone, let me check a bit and I'll get back to you, but the issue could be related to the rest of the website since in the code above, provided by my colleague, scrolling was inserted as an option.
I'll get back to you.

So it's not only the form, the rest of the website is not showing on iPhone as well. The bottom part is missing:
As you can see as well here:
It looks like that your website is not mobile responsive. But please try this embed code instead of the above one:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-71151691784158" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/71151691784158" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1100px; border:none;" scrolling="auto"> </iframe>
That should decrease the height of the form and make it scrollable:
Let us know if that worked.

I tried the code above as suggested and it did not work. I was however able to use the "Source Code" instead of iFrame and that seems to work now. Unfortunately i lose the formatting from the Theme but I was able to create a background to mimic the them on the actual website.
I see that there are multiple complaints about this issue. Since I was able to "fix" this problem using "Source Code" it does not seem to be a problem with the website rather the code in iFrame. Any suggestions?
For individuals who face similar problems using the "source code" may be the only solution.
Thank you for your assistance. I'll be responding tomorrow afternoon at the earliest.

Glad to hear that it is now working. I am not quite sure what went wrong when you used iFrame embed method since you are now using the source code of the form. But I suspect it has something to do with the script adjusting the height of the iFrame.
If you encounter further problems, just let us know.

I'm back, my problem isn't fixed. I am unable to scroll on the page where the jotform is placed if my finger is scrolling on the form. If my finger is trying to scroll outside of the form i'm fine, but for some reason jotfrom is locking the screen of my webpage.
Please help, i've been going crazy over the last week trying to solve this.

I tried using multiple pages, iframe, and customizing previous suggestions. It looks like for jotform to work on iOS the "sourcecode" function is the only solution i've found as viable.
Thanks anyway guys. If you find out whats wrong with the other iframe code please let me know the fix.
