    I am trying to encrypt my forms but there is an error

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to encrypt my forms, however when I select the encrypt option in the form settings nothing happens. The screen has an overlay with a x close in the top right hand corner but nothing else. 

    I wonder if there is an issue with this.

     

    Please could you look into this and let me know whats going on.

    Please use the guide provided at https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them to encrypt the form.

    I set Enable Encrypt form data to Yes on a Sample Form and could not replicate the issue

     

    If you continue facing the issue I would suggest you to clear the form cache and the browser cache and check again.
