A form field does not appear in the autoresponder email

    WE have two forms, CJ Skills Academy, that are not populating the Shirt Size value required on the form and submitted by users in the confirmation email received. If we search through form submissions the data is there but not received in the email. I checked the source code in the confirmation email and the input codes are correct. What do i do?

    I have checked your form named "CJ Skills Academy Summer Training Registration" on your side and checked the notification and autoresponder email configurations.

    First of all, I have seen that the field ID in the autoresponder email content is not true as you can see the screenshot below:

    This is the reason why your users can not see the T-shirt size in the email. Please change the wrong one with the correct one by choosing in the Form Fields list.

    Secondly, your notification email content seems broken. I couldn't see the buttons in order to edit its content as seen below:

    I recommend you to re-create a notification email and remove the current one.
