Bounce list

Hi I have created an account with jotform and it tells me the email address has been added to bounce list so a click on remove from bounce list as the email address is correct and working but the a little while later I get the same message

Please note that emails are automatically added to the bounce list due to several reasons, usually because your mail server is rejecting messages due to suspected spam.
