i have used jotform and paypal many times, but this is my first time to use paypal pro. I have generated the api number on paypal and when i check the intigration in the wisherd i get the green check mark. when i tired out my first form everything seemed to work except for the payment option. when you clicked a payment method an error message would pop up that said multiple submissions are not allowed. After trying several things i delted the whole form and created another one. this time i received a green check mark saying that it was correctly intigrated, but i get the below error message.

Base on paypal error codes, that problem occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive. Or, when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.
Please make sure that you have enabled and agreed to the billing agreement option under PayPal account.
In either case you will want to contact PayPal and ensure that your account is set up to process Website Payments Pro transactions and that the billing agreement is accepted. You can also search PayPal’s forums for information specific to this error code.
