    Why am I being charged $19 monthly if I'm under the free plan?

    We have switched to the free plan around 6 months ago but our card is still being charged $19.00 monthly.

     

    Please advise. Thank You.

    That account's last charge was on 7th of November 2016. So no recent charges were made.

    And you can check that in the billing page: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/billing while logged into that account.
