Will my email be seen as spam?

Good Evening, I hope this is going to make sense.

I originally used Mail chimp for my request contact forms.

This worked fine, however, because potential clients were approving of mail chips services, my personal email was being seen as spam. When I would respond to clients inquiries, they were not receiving my direct emails from outlook. So unless I responded to the client through mail chimp, asking them to check their spam for my email, they wouldn't get my emails. ( I don't need the extra inconvenient step.)

If I use your services, a potential client fills out the form, I receive the email, and I directly respond from my outlook, will the client see my email in their inbox, or will it go to spam? or do I have to do an additional step?

Does this make any sense? I'm losing clients due to my email not getting received and seen as approved emails.

To my understanding, you want to receive an email and send a response to your client after they send submission. Yes, that is possible here in JotForm. You just need to add a notification email and autoresponder email to your form. Here are the guides:

Setting-Up-Email-Notifications - you'll be able to get email notifications automatically whenever you receive a submission to your form.

Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email - the autoresponder email can be customized to your own preferences so you don't need to email your clients directly unless it is needed.
