Hi, we are having our form responses populate a Google Drive Spreadsheet. Unfortunately it has been intermittently missing responses which has really messed up our administrative team. Before we were using Google Forms and never had that problem. What is needed to correct this? Any other suggestions or ideas besides giving the administrative team access to my JotForm account?

Let us know which form you are having trouble with. We can try to push the full set of submissions through to the sheet. You can also remove the integration and add it back once again. This will integrate with a new sheet complete with all current data.
