Is it possible change the email recipient based on the selected page of the teacher?

Hi

i need to send an email to teachers when a student submits a question, but i have 40 teachers and i don't want to

create 40 different forms and i don't want to send the email to all 40 teachers. each teacher has a personal page

that student can enter to send the message. is it possible to create 1 form and change the email to address to send the form according to the page of the teacher?
