I have encrypted a form with a public key but cannot see the submissions as it's asking me for a private key. What can I do?

I have had one submission that is clearly encrypted but although I am using a public key I keep being asked to upload a private key, which I don't have.

I have checked your form and see that it is not encrypted now. In order to view the encrypted submission data, please try enabling the form encryption again and use the key generated when the form was encrypted earlier.

Please be noted that if you have not downloaded the key or cleared the browser storage, unfortunately, it is not possible to decrypt the form submissions in any way. Please go trough the guide below that can help you with more information using encrypted forms.
