Can I integrate forms with WiX site? If it takes some coding can someone walk me through it?

I've wasted hours of my time with WiX 3rd party apps and now Google Forms (they only accept File Upload entries from same-domain accounts wtf).

My website/blog, Betacade.com, is for independent video game developers and gamers. The form is going to be for indie developers to submit their games to be playtested and reviewed. I'll need them to upload screenshots and or logos. I found your site from an article back in 2011. 

JotForm forms can indeed be added to Wix web pages.  Here is how to do so:

There should be no issues whatsoever uploading files through the form regardless of where it is embedded.
