Approval Workflow Security

    Hi,

I have created a collapsable supervisor section at the bottom of a form with conditional logic that will send an email to the appropriate supervisor for approval based on a field earlier in the form.

My concern is that the initial individual completing the form could select "yes" to the "do you approve" question in the supervisor section.  So, to prevent to having to check for two conditional submission emails, how can I prevent the person originating the form from having access to the supervisor section?

    Thanks for your thoughts,

    -Brent

You need to add a textbox and use it to conditionally show the approval button. A kind of a password box, but don't use the term "password" since that will trigger our system to auto suspend your account. Use something like "Verification Codes for Supervisor". You need to let the supervisor know the password.

Check this cloned version of your form: https://www.jotform.com/71156524046957

I'm sorry. Enter 1234 in the Approval Codes box.
