If you're referring to multiple submission from one user, you need to disable the Unique Submission and Unique Question. Here's how:
1. Login to your account and open your form.
2. Go to the Settings section page and select the Form Settings tab.
3. Click the Show More Options button.4. You need to choose the option No Check to enable multiple submissions.

i have no check for both and still cant have mutliple submissions... for this form... HOPS AND NUTS WHOLESALE ORDER FORM
