I attempted to downgrade my account but was charged anyway

    i did that but i was charged... really disapointed... i need to cancel my account immediately... and would like a refund...

    The last charge is see for your account was a yearly subscription on March 24th of this year.  This was as a promotional rate and does not look like it was due to an autorenew.  Your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be billed.
