Can these forms be published to a mobile app?

I have a variety of forms I would like to create for my HR department as well as within operations.

Most of my staff are mobile, frequently on client properties. I would like my employees to be able to complete the forms simply from their phones and the forms would automatically be submitted as Pdf via email or dropped to a specified location on the cloud (google, m-files, etc).

    Can your forms capture photos?

Also, what would the pricing look like for me with 30 people completing the forms, possibly 5 forms, some including pictures.

*Note: I am not currently a customer, just researching my options.

Forms are mobile friendly and mobile responsive by default.  Our take photo widget can be used in some mobile browsers:

In browsers that it does not work, it replaces itself with a file upload field so users can take the picture on their mobile device and upload through the field, rather than taking the picture in the form directly.

Submission data can be sent via email and include a PDF of the data as well:

Submission data can also be automatically forwarded to several different places, including Google Drive.
