I just tried the integration, the full name field is mapped correctly on MailChimp. You can test this form https://www.jotform.com/32956120238957. Please confirm your subscription and look for your preferences, you'll see the name fields are being populated correctly.
If you cannot get it to work in the existing integration, I would suggest redoing the whole thing. Remove the integration and integrate the form again with MailChimp.
