Can you tell us which email client you are using?
The filtering of the submission message is happening on your side. You may want to checked if 'email@example.com' email account is spammed/blocked listed in your email client filter.
Also, maybe your email service provider will need to white lists the Jotmails IP addresses.
Please inform us if issue persist after updating.
