Emails from Jotform appear in my Junk folder

    Hi Jotform,

    My form submissions are going directly to my Junk folder, even when I mark the sender as safe.

    Are you able to look into this problem?

    Can you tell us which email client you are using? 

    The filtering of the submission message is happening on your side. You may want to checked if '' email account is spammed/blocked listed in your email client filter.

    Also, maybe your email service provider will need to white lists the Jotmails IP addresses.

    Please inform us if issue persist after updating.
