    Upgraded the wrong account. How can I cancel my subscription?

    We only wanted to have this plan on dianebuszta@comcast.net account. I thought since I was in this account it was applied to this account and not on kcarlson1101@gmail.com. We never wanted it on kcarlson1101@gmail.com
     
    Can this be switched on your end of things and can we request a refund for the month that we were charged under kcarlson1101@gmail.com since I was in the dianebuszta@comcast.net account (shared), when I made the payment I thought it was only going towards this account. We didn't use it for kcarlson1101@gmail.com and would have used it for dianebuszta@comcast.net if we knew it was going towards this account as an upgrade.

    Also, I would suggest you to cancel your subscription from your PayPal account, here's a guide that will help you doing that: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription 

    Do note that subscriptions cannot be moved over to a different account, if you would like your other account upgraded then you would need to log-in and proceed with  the upgrade.
