How many fields in the free subscription/

All my fields do not show in the form submission? You can input all the fields all but only 10 fields show up on submitted forms. I need the credit card field to show on the form submissions. on two test trials the credit card # info did not show up? 

Do I have to upgrade to get more than 10 fields in a form?

Please note that we do not recommend the JotForm Users to use regular fields on their form if they want to ask credit card info. Such collecting sensitive info from the users of the form is against our Terms of Use. It is not allowed to use regular fields for asking this kind of info that's why it is being replaced by "#" sign on the Submissions.
